“Products” refers to any agricultural goods provided by Adom Nexus Farms.
“Services” refers to any agricultural services, including farm worker placement, consulting, or custom farming operations.

2. Products and Services
2.1 Product Quality
We strive to deliver agricultural products that meet high standards of quality. However, as agricultural products are natural, some variation in appearance, size, and other non-essential characteristics may occur and shall not be considered defects.
2.2 Availability
All products and services are subject to availability. We reserve the right to substitute, limit quantities, or discontinue products or services without notice.
2.3 Worker Services
For clients utilizing our farm worker services, additional terms specified in our Worker Placement Agreement will apply. Workers remain employees or contractors of Admon Nexus Farms unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.
3. Orders and Payment
3.1 Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.
3.2 Prices
All prices are quoted in Ghanaian Cedis unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change without notice prior to confirmation of order.
3.3 Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in your quote or invoice. Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due upon delivery for products and as per the service agreement for ongoing services.
3.4 Late Payments
Late payments may incur interest charges of [percentage]% per month. We reserve the right to suspend services or future deliveries until outstanding payments are settled.
4. Delivery and Inspection
4.1 Delivery
Delivery schedules are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays due to weather, transportation issues, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
4.2 Inspection
Clients must inspect products upon delivery and report any issues within 24 hours for perishable goods and 72 hours for non-perishable items. Failure to report issues within these timeframes constitutes acceptance of the products as delivered.
5. Returns and Refunds
5.1 Perishable Agricultural Products
Due to the nature of agricultural products, we cannot accept returns on perishable items unless they were delivered in an obviously damaged or compromised condition.
5.2 Non-Perishable Products
Returns of non-perishable items may be accepted within 7 days with prior authorization. A restocking fee of [percentage]% may apply.
5.3 Services
For ongoing services, cancellation terms will be specified in your service agreement. Generally, a notice period of [number] days is required for service cancellation.
6. Warranties and Limitations
